Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Service Manager to oversee daily Front of House operations and lead all Front of House staff. The role focuses on delivering Legendary Food and Legendary Service to guests, while driving sales and maintaining safety and compliance.

You will train staff, evaluate performance, manage liquor costs, and schedule teams to ensure a smooth, guest‑centric experience. This is a hands‑on leadership position with strong rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Front of House operations in a restaurant.
• Ability to lead and coach staff, conduct evaluations and training.

Responsibilities
