Qualifications

• Experience managing Front of House operations.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service.
• Experience hiring and training Front of House staff.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforcing employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Providing Front of House training.
• Managing performance, coaching, and discipline of FOH staff.
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs.
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Giving daily feedback during one-on-ones with key employees and hourly staff.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff.
• Directing work, scheduling, and task assignment before/during/after open hours.
• Creating a fun, safe environment and incentives for staff.
• Ensuring safe food handling procedures.
