Qualifications

• Front of House management experience.
• Ability to train and supervise Front of House staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce compliance with employment policies and ensure cleanliness and safety of guests.
• Provide or direct Front of House training; supervise performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs; enforce liquor laws and responsible service guidance.
• Assist with development of key employees by providing daily performance feedback and conducting 1:1s.
• Review applications, interview, and hire Front of House staff; set weekly schedules.
