Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant supervisory roles, preferably in Front of House.
• Ability to train staff and manage scheduling.
• Strong leadership with focus on guest experience.
• Knowledge of Responsible Alcohol Service training.
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Oversees service in the Front of House.
• Enforces employment policies in area of responsibility.
• Oversees/approves Front of House side work.
• Provides and oversees thorough training.
• Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House.
• Manages through hands-on supervision of the restaurant.
