• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests at all times.
• Providing or directing Front of House training.
• Managing performance of Front of House employees; evaluations, coaching, discipline.
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs.
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Developing key employees by daily feedback in one-on-ones.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff.
• Directing work, hours, schedules and task assignment before, during, and after open hours.
• Creating a fun, safe environment by upholding core values and goals.
• Ensuring safe food handling procedures.
