Job summary

CRDN Midwest seeks a strong people leader to manage and develop the Project Management and Business Development/Sales teams. This role provides daily, hands-on leadership, coaching, accountability, and active engagement with both teams each day.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive performance, consistency, and team development across Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota, while staying onsite at our Omaha office and supporting staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum management experience.
• Restoration, construction, project management, sales leadership, insurance-related services, or other service-based management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and support to the Project Management and Business Development/Sales teams.
• Be available for questions, coaching, direction, and problem-solving during the workday.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching, training, and performance conversations.
• Lead team meetings and onboard new team members.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure accountability to established expectations.
