You will oversee staffing and hiring, develop career paths, manage P&L and shrink, and ensure a safe, well-presented store during peak hours.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other store areas (meat, bakery, produce, deli) helpful.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data to guide decisions.
• Proven ability to mentor staff at all levels.
• Successful completion of required certifications.
