Carter’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Virginia to lead a friendly team and deliver exceptional service to families shopping for babies and kids. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment on the sales floor.

As a leader, you’ll analyze daily performance, drive KPIs, and ensure accurate merchandising, loss prevention, and guest experiences.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; at least two closing shifts weekly.

Responsabilidades

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features and benefits.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach others to success and model service standards and omnichannel experiences.
• Analyze the business and drive KPIs with the team to improve results.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs, including credit.
• Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, training, and developing the team.
• Recognize exceptional performance and address improvements as needed.
• Plan, track, and report tasks and financial results using company tools.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on merchandising, promotions, and product placement.
• Help reduce loss through consistent service and operational controls.
