Job summary

You will lead a team, coach colleagues on KPIs, assist with recruiting and training, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver merchandising standards and financial results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide product knowledge.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach others to success by modeling service standards and KPIs.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing store staff.
