You will greet customers, train staff, and ensure a welcoming environment while driving sales and operational excellence. You\'ll partner with the Store Manager to recruit, develop the team, manage schedules, and uphold merchandising standards across our Carter's brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• You can lift 40 pounds as needed and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features and benefits.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach others to success and drive KPIs with the team.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and development of store team.
• Plan, track, analyze, and report completion of tasks and financial results using company tools.
• Partner with Store Manager to plan merchandising standards and promotions.
• Reduce loss through consistent customer service and operational controls.
