Job summary

Qdoba in Princeton, NJ is seeking an organized Assistant Manager to run daily restaurant operations with or without the Restaurant Manager. You will lead a team focused on guest service, food quality, and brand standards while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will train staff, monitor performance, and drive sales growth through strong people management and operational excellence. Evening/weekend shifts are required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as a Team Leader or Assistant Manager in a customer service environment with some P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations in collaboration with or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Trains, develops, coaches, and evaluates employees; ensures training systems are followed.
• Manages guest service, ensuring a raveable guest experience and brand compliance.
• Analyzes operational and financial performance with management tools and drives sales growth.
