Qdoba is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant operations alongside the General Manager, focusing on a people- and guest-centric culture that delivers exceptional service and food quality.

You will help recruit, train, and develop staff, ensure compliance with policies and labor laws, and drive continuous improvements in guest experience while maintaining brand standards and managing costs. This role requires 18+ years old and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years QSR experience with at least 1 year in leadership.
• Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with recruitment, selection, and training.
• Train and develop restaurant staff; ensure training systems are followed.
• Assign activities and tasks; monitor daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and brand procedures.
• Drive guest service, food quality, and cost control.
• Use management tools to analyze performance.
