Job summary

QDOBA is seeking a leader to manage restaurant operations alongside or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. You will cultivate a people- and guest-centric culture, uphold brand values, and drive service quality and food excellence.

You will recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations to deliver a raveable guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required; age requirements may apply to stay compliant with state laws.
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience as a Team Leader or Assistant Manager in a customer service environment with some P&L responsibility.
• Ability to communicate in English is required; Spanish comprehension is helpful. Must pass background check and training.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily restaurant activities to achieve excellence in operational performance.
• Delivers excellent guest service and food quality while following brand procedures and safety standards.
• Participates in staffing, training, coaching, and evaluating employees; ensures proper implementation of training systems.
• Monitors costs, budgets, and financial performance; drives long-term sales growth initiatives.
