Job summary

Qdoba in Indiana is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant operations with the General Manager, focusing on a people- and guest-centric culture that delivers great service and food quality. You will train staff, manage daily activities, monitor costs, and help drive sales growth while ensuring compliance and brand standards.

This role requires leadership experience in QSR and a valid driver’s license. The pay range is $17.50-$21.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years QSR with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Skills: Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving and collaboration; strong verbal and written communication; organized; capable of recruiting, coaching, training and motivating staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with recruitment, selection and training.
• Co-develop staff training programs and ensure training systems are followed.
• Assign activities and tasks to staff.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and brand procedures.
• Manage daily operations to achieve restaurant performance excellence.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and food quality per brand standards.
