As a manager, you will recruit and train staff, schedule shifts, control labor costs, and uphold food safety standards while delivering a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• Able to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Reliable and cheerful with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff per standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet standards.
• Train and develop crew under GM direction.
• Maintain cooperative relationship with team.
• Provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Hold crew/management meetings as needed.
• Ensure stock and supply levels for operations.
• Control inventory to meet cost variance.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards.
• Maintain building/equipment with proper maintenance.
• Responsible for all cash handling.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Follow HR/sanitation/safety policies for a safe environment.
• Represent BNE professionally at all times.
