Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant operations and build a strong, capable team. You will reinforce core values, supervise shifts, and ensure fast, friendly service with quality food.

Requirements include 1+ year restaurant/retail experience, ServeSafe certification, and a willingness to work flexible hours. This non-exempt role offers strong growth, benefits, and an industry-leading bonus program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position, minimum 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong, capable team.
• Reinforce Border Foods CORE values and ensure a friendly guest experience.
• Schedule Team Members, monitor performance, and uphold standards.
• Drive fast, friendly service and maintain health and safety standards.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and overall profitability.
