Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a restaurant team with a focus on guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance. You will train staff, respond to customer needs, and model Taco Bell's Hungry culture to drive results.

As a hands-on leader, you will recruit and coach operators, manage day-to-day operations, ensure safety and quality, and partner with the General Manager to deliver outstanding experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School minimum, University Degree Preferred.
• 1-3 years of operational management experience in Quick Service Restaurant or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; good oral/written communication.
• Proactive leader with energy, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on operations and train employees to deliver great guest experiences.
• Recruit and coach high-quality operators; build a robust bench of managers and team members.
• Manage performance, develop managers, and model Taco Bell culture and Hungry principles.
• Ensure execution of marketing programs and safe work environment.
• Control labor, inventory, and costs to meet financial targets and improve margins.
• Monitor customer issues and coach teams to meet service standards.
