Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team and set the standard for exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit, onboard, and mentor staff, drive training, and champion a culture of equity and inclusion.

The role demands strong P&L acumen, strategic scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration to exceed targets. You will personally engage with guests, resolve issues, and guide the team through product rollouts while maintaining compliance with health

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.

• Experienced in recognizing and motivating teams, with a successful track record in people development.
• Skilled in recruiting top talent and training both high and under-performing employees.
• Adaptable to change and experienced in supporting change management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor Managers and Trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding team performance and foster inclusion.
• Address and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure positive experiences.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and coach on CHAMPS standards.
• Lead product rollout meetings to ensure successful implementation.
• Analyze financial performance and manage the budget to maximize profitability.
