Job summary

Taco Bell General Manager leads a dynamic team, recruiting and training crew to deliver exceptional customer experiences and profitability. You will oversee team development, scheduling, and budget management while championing equity and inclusion across the store environment.

In this role you will mentor Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders, drive training initiatives, resolve conflicts quickly, engage with guests, and implement CHAMPS standards to elevate operations and service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in restaurant or retail management with strong people-management track record.
• Proven ability to improve performance through P&L analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.
• Champions Taco Bell’s culture and values including equity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop training plans and mentor managers.
• Recognize and reward high performance while fostering inclusion.
• Resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and lead product rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance and manage the budget to maximize profitability.
