The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong guest service and communication skills, and flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Monitors speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Keeps restaurant welcoming and clean and ensures product quality and operations standards.
• Partners with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory for ordering efficiency.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning for adjustments.
• Creates and manages schedules and onboarding for new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments.
