Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of supervisory experience, outstanding guest service skills, and a proactive approach to training and coaching. This on-site role requires flexibility across shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Coaches brand service behaviors—train, observe, provide feedback, celebrate.
• Monitors Speed of Service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensures the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Maintains product quality and operational standards.
• Partners with GM to improve guest metrics with action plans.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC standards.
• Ensures accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and orders to maintain efficiency.
• Implements cost controls.
• Monitors staffing and production planning and makes adjustments.
• Creates and monitors schedules; on-boards new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments.
