Job summary

DRM Arby's is seeking a restaurant leader to join the DReaM Team in Wisconsin. You will inspire and support the team to deliver great service, manage weekly schedules, and hire the right people to sustain a positive family culture.

You will oversee product availability, inventory, cleanliness, and safety, while addressing customer issues and coaching staff. The role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and a strong commitment to quality and community impact.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and use hands to prepare sandwiches.
• Display drive, punctuality, and responsibility in scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers.
• Generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate restaurant capacity.
• Coach and hire the right fit applicants to maintain a positive family culture.
• Oversee ordering and inventory to maintain product levels and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety by following guidelines.
• Handle customer issues calmly and resolve employee wellness concerns.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed on time to drive repeat visits.
• Review profits and progress toward goals with the District Manager and take corrective action.
