Qualifications

• Experience managing store operations, customer service, and staff development.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members and drive results.
• Willing to work ~50 hours/week including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews.
• Manage inventory control, costs, and KPI reporting to home office.
• Coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager and Supervisors.
