Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US, seeks a General Manager for one of its Marco’s Pizza locations in North Carolina. You will lead the team to deliver top-quality food, fast service, and excellent customer experience while driving sales and controlling costs.

The role focuses on people leadership, training, scheduling, and achieving KPIs. This is an on-site GM position with opportunities for growth within a growing franchise network.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Maintain inventory, par levels, and perform weekly/end-of-period inventories.
• Create store Action Plans including marketing to improve the business.
• Ensure security and proper handling of deposits and store assets.
