Marco's Pizza in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. You will recruit and interview staff, schedule, manage payroll and benefits, oversee inventory, and ensure excellent customer service, quality, and sanitation.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience, required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and develop people to deliver outstanding service.
• Recruit, interview and train store employees in company processes.
• Plan leadership team meetings and coordinate scheduling, payroll, and benefits.
• Maintain product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform weekly and period inventories, and manage ordering.
• Accountable for store KPIs, action plans and payroll compliance.
• Ensure store security and proper procedures for deposits.
