Border Foods LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant operations, lead a strong team, and ensure every guest enjoys great food and friendly service. This role emphasizes accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment with opportunities for growth.

The position requires at least 1 year in restaurant or retail, ServeSafe certification, and availability for early/late shifts, weekends, and holidays. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position with a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure customers receive great food and a friendly experience.
