Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant.
• Build and lead a strong team to provide great food and friendly service.
• Monitor scheduling and ensure safety, cash handling, and compliance with laws.
