Job summary

Border Foods LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee the restaurant during your shift, focusing on delivering great food and a friendly guest experience. You will reinforce the company values and lead a team to perform at high standards across all duties.

The role requires 50 hours weekly, ServeSafe certification, and flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Growth opportunities and a bonus program are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Provide customers with great food and a friendly experience.
• Reinforce Border Foods CORE values in daily work.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and procedures followed.
• Schedule staff and monitor performance to meet standards.
