Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a Recruiter to join our Springfield Recruiting Team in an in-office setting. The role focuses on connecting with caregivers and clinicians, screening and guiding candidates, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

We value creativity, proactive outreach, and teamwork. The position supports a Monday–Friday schedule with compensation in the $19-$21/hour range, reflecting the local market for in-office recruitment roles.

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience is preferred.
• Background in healthcare, staffing, customer service, or sales is acceptable.
• Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Find and connect with caregivers and clinicians through job boards, social media, referrals, events, and outreach.
• Build genuine relationships with candidates and present opportunities that fit their lives.
• Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Bring personality, positivity, and a great candidate experience to every interaction.
• Think creatively to attract talent and fill openings efficiently.
• Collaborate with a team that shares ideas and supports each other.
• Represent Phoenix at hiring events and in the community.
