Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Springfield, MO, is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our in-house team. You will source, screen, and hire caregivers and clinicians who deliver life-changing home care, building relationships with candidates and leaders to improve hiring outcomes.

This fast-paced role values people skills, initiative, and collaboration. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, in-house with a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and proactive with multi-tasking.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, events, and creative outreach

• Build relationships and deliver an excellent candidate experience
