Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in Springfield, MO is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to join our in-house team. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a pay range of $18–$21 per hour.

You will source and engage caregivers and clinicians, screen applicants, build relationships, and represent Phoenix at community events. Excellent communication, organization, and a collaborative mindset help you succeed in a fast-paced environment that values fresh ideas and real impact.

Qualifications

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, events, and outreach.
• Screen applicants and identify candidates who are a great fit.
• Build relationships and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
• Attend hiring events and represent Phoenix in the community.
• Partner with recruiters and leaders to improve hiring strategies.
