Responsibilities

• Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to build a diverse pipeline.
• Review resumes and conduct phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage candidate communications.
• Extend job offers, negotiate salary/terms, and perform reference checks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
