Pest USA is seeking an Office Manager to lead the administrative team and be the voice of leadership in the office. This role centers on elevating the customer experience, maintaining smooth workflows, and supporting scheduling, accounting, and service communications.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and a solutions-driven approach, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with PestPac. This is a full-time, in-office position in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the administrative team to ensure smooth operations and a positive office culture.
• Coordinate day-to-day office workflows, answer high-volume calls, and address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate account records, assist with technician and sales scheduling, and oversee accounts receivable and payment processing.
• Respond to service messages and escalations with poise and professionalism.
• Ensure every interaction reflects Pest USA’s professionalism and care.
