Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• Pest control or lawn care industry knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of state and federal regulations.
• Experience in sales management is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and retention skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organization and time management, including route management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks across a branch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch by embodying Fox Pest Control's core values.
• Engage in technical, route, sales, administrative, and management aspects.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee, train, and evaluate technicians for high service standards.
• Develop and implement company policies and procedures.
• Lead and coach a multi-level team of 10+ members.
• Take on additional duties to support the branch.
