Job summary

Infosys seeks a Senior Associate Lead for its HR team in Raleigh, NC. This hands‑on, individual contributor role focuses on HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and day‑to‑day people support within a defined business unit.

The position requires in‑office presence 3–4 days a week, with travel up to 10%. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree (MBA optional) and 4+ years of relevant experience. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. MBA graduates: 1 year experience may substitute for 1 year of education.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or 1 year for MBA graduates.
• Location in Raleigh, NC; in-office presence 3–4 days per week; not remote.
• Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a highly engaged HR presence within the office, connecting with employees and leaders.
• Lead and support office-based employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Coordinate end-to-end office events ensuring high participation and impact.
• Demonstrate strong communication and public speaking in large groups and forums.
• Engage with employees to gather feedback and drive retention improvements.
• Collaborate with business leaders and office operations to enable productive environments.
