The position is designed for mid‑career HR professionals who enjoy being close to the business and executing established HR programs rather than owning enterprise‑level HR strategy or leading teams.
This role reports to a senior HR leader and does not include direct people management responsibilities. The position focuses on execution, partnership, and operational excellence rather than setting enterprise‑wide HR strategy.
The HR Business Partner will work closely with managers and employees to ensure effective HR service delivery, consistent application of policies, and a positive employee experience within the organization’s guidelines and frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Infosys will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
5-6 years of progressive HR experience, primarily within a generalist or business partner capacity.
Location for this position is Tempe, AZ. This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate. Travel may be required up to 10%
