Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least three years' related HR experience required.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new hires, processes I-9 forms, and maintains I-9 files.
• Maintains employee data in HRIS and personnel files.
• Supports HR functions including record-keeping and compliance.
• Assists with recruitment, interviews, and candidate tracking.
• Coordinates training schedules and required training.
• Answers employee questions and provides customer service.
