Responsibilities include answering calls, welcoming visitors, data entry, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized records to support HR and production operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR, payroll, or administrative support experience

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Welcome and assist visitors, determine the nature of business, and notify appropriate team members of meeting arrivals.
• Perform labor ticket and other data entry accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating activities, and supporting departmental communication.
• Support office and production operations by maintaining organized records and documentation.
