Diversified Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for its California Taco Bell locations. You will mentor a team, drive profitable operations, and ensure top-notch customer experience.

The GM will lead training, uphold DRG values, and coordinate with Area Coach and Director of Operations to sustain world-class standards and compliant practices.

Must have 2+ years in restaurant leadership, SERV Safe, and a commitment to flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read, speak and write English fluently.
• Must pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible nights, weekends and holidays.
