Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) operates Taco Bell restaurants in California. We are seeking a General Manager who will mentor the team, lead store operations, and drive profitability while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

The GM will oversee recruitment, training, and performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations, while fostering an engaging, inclusive culture. This role requires leadership, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• Must pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Maintain current health card per local/state requirements.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation and clear criminal background check.
