Qualifications

• SERV Safe Certification required.
• Minimum 2 years restaurant leadership experience.
• Must read, speak and write English.
• Average 45-hour week with flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a high-potential team to leaders.
• Maintain world-class operations and strong guest experience.
• Manage P&L to maximize restaurant profitability.
• Lead with open communication between staff and leadership.
