Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• Must pass SERV Safe Certification.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability.
• Reliable transportation and clear background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-potential team to achieve exceptional service and performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure world-class service, quality food, and strong financials.
• Manage P&L with a focus on cost control and profitability.
• Serve as a liaison between upper management and staff with open communication.
