Job summary

adidas is seeking a Training Supervisor to drive onboarding and ongoing training across its Indianapolis DC operations. You will design and deliver training plans, coordinate with HR and business partners on New Hire Orientation, and ensure compliance with safety standards and PIT regulations.

You will certify operators, supervise on-the-floor trainers, and maintain standardized processes with a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience supervising training teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and support training teams while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create training plans and reports for operations using the Learning Management System, including 6S, cross training, coaching.
• Lead New Hire Orientation with HR and business partners.
• Ensure OSHA and other standards compliance, including PIT rules and warehouse regulations.
• Oversee, train and certify personnel on safe operation of equipment, including PIT.
• Collaborate with floor training leads to maintain process training consistency.
• Oversee Point Guards program and on-the-floor trainer activities.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and remediation training as needed.
• Deliver training sessions for associates and leadership; manage materials and sign-offs.
