Job summary

Adidas in Indianapolis is seeking a warehouse operations supervisor to lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates. You will use RF Guns and Kiosks to update transactions in our WMS and LM modules, while modeling SOPs and coaching staff for peak performance.

You will mentor teammates, foster best practices, and help maintain a safe, collaborative environment with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction. Overtime and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates.
• Utilize RF Guns and kiosks to log activities in WMS and LM modules.
• Follow all SOPs and coach staff to meet goals.
• Mentor teammates and foster best practices.
• Drive a safe, collaborative environment and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Identify safety concerns and report incidents.
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
