Job summary

U-Haul in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the face of our exceptional service, assisting customers, inspecting equipment, and using mobile U-Scan tech to manage rentals. This position offers on-the-job education and a pathway to growth.

Eligible candidates bring a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and a customer-first mindset. Training for hitch installation, propane filling, and forklift operation is provided upon employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including fluid checks.
• Educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
