U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and assist customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and support. You will use U-Scan tech to manage rentals, help customers, and ensure equipment is ready for use.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and ongoing U-Haul education, with opportunities to advance and participate in company programs and benefits. Training and certifications may be provided on the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers and inspect equipment.
