Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Milwaukee, WI to provide friendly, helpful service and assist customers with rentals and equipment. You will use U-Scan tech to manage inventory, move and hook up trucks, and ensure equipment is clean and safe.

The role includes answering questions, preparing invoices, and learning through U-Haul University. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required, with on-site work and safety procedures emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
