Huntington Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram Hyundai Genesis is seeking a Business Development Representative to be the first point of contact for potential customers. You will handle phone, email, text, and chat communications, build relationships, set appointments, and introduce customers to our sales team.

You will input customer details into the CRM (ELeads) and follow up to drive engagement. Strong communication, independence, and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong computer skills and proficient typing ability.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance, positive work ethic, and high energy personality.
• Friendly, optimistic, attentive, and welcoming.
• Comfortable handling a multi-line phone system.
• Prior CRM experience (ELeads preferred) a plus, but not required.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to inquiries via email and other channels.
• Build rapport with customers, overcome objections, and motivate action.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette across phone, text, email, chat.
• Schedule appointments for showroom visits, test drives, and consultations.
• Provide continuous follow-up with customers and sales consultants.
• Input and maintain customer information in the CRM (ELeads).
