Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years automotive sales experience is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to their needs, and guide them through vehicle selection, purchase, and ownership process.
• Explain vehicle features, warranties, and financing options to help customers drive away satisfied.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and technology to better serve clients.
• Follow up post-sale to build long-term relationships and encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Actively prospect and network within Northern Colorado communities to grow the client base.
• Represent the Yoder Family of Companies with professionalism, integrity, and care.
