Job summary

Weld County Garage, Inc. is seeking a Fleet & Commercial Sales Consultant in Colorado to grow our light and medium duty truck business.

You will build relationships with local businesses, consult on customized vehicle solutions, and drive sales for Chevrolet, Isuzu, and GMC fleets. You will manage a personal client portfolio, stay current on product and upfitting options, and collaborate with service teams to provide full lifecycle support while maintaining a professional, customer-first

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive, fleet, or commercial vehicle sales
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Highly self-motivated with goal orientation
• Ability to manage pipeline, prospect new business, and close deals
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience with dealer management systems (DMS) preferred

Responsibilities
